DeathVader on Monday, October 22, 2012
He wasn't singing like the Rahat, he is putting a bad image of our Indian
classical music, his pronunciation wasn't good, he mixed a western song
with the song. Stop this immaturity. He sang well, he blended Adele's song
greatly and above all it was worth hearing. You know who is setting up a
bad image here? YOU all. A new artist sings and you suddenly compare him to
a veteran Rahat Fateh Ali Khan sahab, learn to appreciate if you can't give
enough reasons for anyone else to not like it.

though the sound in rolling in the deep didn't suite him (as per many) but
he gave taste of indian desi music with the instrumental and he sounded
good!

Superb voice quality, perhaps had he been knowing the language and
pronunciation it would have been as great as original. The part in english
is just wow. Good going Shankar .

You sang well Adele's song but ruined Rahat Fateh Ali Khan's overall nice

We all want to copy legends, that's why they are legends, go easy on the
the brother, at least he is sharing Hindi music with the rest of the world,
his accent is different because he is from New York not his fault where he
was born.
