Delighted to see this one back,Yuan. The sweet-cute Kum Kum adorably enacts the role of a rural belle, giving visual life to Lataji's vocal vibrancy.( We shall have to forgive the make-up crew for the heavy use of lipstick on Kum Kum. Not authentic for a shy and simple rural belle !). Great composition by Naushad, akin to his work in Aan. Thanks.

The landscape cinematography is a piece of art too. The silhouette of Kum Kum and Rajendra Kumar against an overcast sky is an especially deft touch.
