Lyrics of Jaana Tha Hamse Dur Bahane Bana Liye - जाना था हमसे दूर बहाने बना लिये

jaana tha hamse dur bahane bana liye
ab tumne kitni dur thikane bana liye
jaana tha hamse dur

rukhsat ke waqt tumne jo aansu hame diye
un aansuo se hamne fasane bana liye
ab tumne kitni dur thikane bana liye
jaana tha hamse dur

dil ko mile jo daag jigar ko mile jo dard
un daulto se hamne khazane bana liye
ab tumne kitni dur thikane bana liye
jaana tha hamse dur

jaana tha hamse dur bahane bana liye
ab tumne kitni dur thikane bana liye
jaana tha hamse dur

Adalat is a 1958 Bollywood film directed by Kalidas, starring Pradeep
Kumar, Nargis, and Pran in lead roles. Composed by Madan Mohan, the songs
of film are sung by Asha Bhosle, Geeta Dutt, Lata Mangeshkar, and Mohammed
Rafi.
...The film is especially known for its
meaningful, touching ghazal-type songs and melodious music. 'Jana tha hum
se door', 'Yoon hasaraton ke daag' and 'Unko ye shikayat hai ki hum' are
generally famous...
.. Similarly the actors Nargis and Pran performed well.

The combination of Madan Mohan and Rajinder Krishan is still a myth, in the
history of Hindi film music. Working together, they created 287 songs, in
41 films. They came up with several musical hit films like-- Bhai Bahi,
Dekh Kabira Roya, Adaalat, Jailor, Chacha Zindabad, Bahaana, Sanjog, Man
Mauji, Jahan Ara, Pooja Ke Phool, Sharaabi, Ek Kali Muskaai and Sahib
Bahadur. In fact, Rajinder Krishan wrote the maximum number of songs for
Madan Mohan.

A most moving song of parting and longing. Lataji isn't just singing; her
soul tearfully seems to be conveying to High Heavens the anguish of all
human beings who have suffered unalterable separation from those who have
gone into the infinite void of cosmic space . Songs like these resonate
with the hearts of millions of listeners in multifarious ways. Apt images
in the video clip. Great post again, Desaiji.

A nice song with heart-piercing lyrics. And Nargis? ...A great lady
and a great actress of a memorable and great Era. ...She is
unforgettable...
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,this song takes you to the memories of your
dear ones who have left this world. The song reflects the true pain of
those who suffered in life.

Modern research in USA is turning up evidence that: (a) Soul never dies.
(b) It comes back to earth for Karmic reasons. (c) It returns to form
loving relations with those it loved before. So, take heart, me dear. Your
brother may come around with neither of you recognizing each other but a
loving relationship will resume.
