Sharad Bailur on Saturday, November 10, 2012 Dilip Dholakia was Chitragupta Srivastava's assistant. He played the dholak for him, which he has done for this song as well. This tune, as all of you recognised, sounds more like a Chitragupta, than a Chitragupta himself! This is probably because working relationships in the film industry were and even today are very flexible. I am willing to bet it was a tune Chitragupta made, and since it had remained unused, allowed his assistant to use in his film.
