Only Meena Kumar mastered such close ups. Her longest close up is marked in the Guiness Book of World Records(13minutes I believe) in film Daera(1953) which was produced her ex husband, Kamaal Amrohi.

This song has been written by Shakeel Badayooni, music direction is by Hemant Kumar. In the cast it is shown that the film was directed by Abrar Alvi [Gurudutt's close friend] but some believe it was in fact directed by Gurudutt himself.
