Riaz Ali on Monday, February 02, 2015 Shamshad begum was a vocalist by nature but she was not confined to the
principle/rules of singing art. She worked beyond the rules and the rules
were compelled to adopt the clauses according to the will of Shamshadji.
Singing of this song of so many continuous notes was not possible except
Shamshadji. So thanks.
